Clinical affairs assistant - (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

Sample Management:

  • Manage existing specimen bank
  • Manage incoming and outgoing samples from/to external laboratories or sample vendors
  • Supply of samples to Research and Development department
  • Organize clinical sample material for product development

Post Market Surveillance:

  • Support to develop and sustain a Post Market Surveillance System
  • Literature review/brand watch

Others:

  • Development of relevant documentation (SOP, process instructions, instructions of use, performance evaluation reports, etc…)
  • Ensure adherence to protocols and compliance with regulatory (IVDR, IVDD, ICH, GHTF, FDA…) guidelines;
  • Provide clinical input to marketing department

 

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master or PhD as Biologist /Chemist or Biochemist
  • Experience with Real time PCR
  • Experience in life sciences industry will be an advantage
  • Good command in MS office
  • Excellent fluency in English; knowledge of German and/ or French is an asset
  • High flexibility
  • Motivation to work in an international team
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Willing to travel if required
