Communication and administrative assistant - (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

  • Takes care of daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing-communication department activities
  • Maintains the marketing-communication department documentation and database according to internal quality process
  • Supports customers, partners, employees with any requests they might have
  • Keeps the communication collaterals up-to-date and supports development of new ones
  • Develops and implements internal and external communication through various channels (print, face-to-face, email, company website, brochures, posters, flyers, intranet, etc.)
  • Supports preparation of events
  • Implements communication activities defined in annual communication plan
  • Supports marketing-communication associates to create and launch effective multichannel communication campaigns



Your profile: 

  • Degree in Communication (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in an administrative and/or communication position
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to stick to timetables and work under pressure
  • The ability to travel internationally to attend exhibitions and/or other events
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, knowledge in French and/or German is an asset
  • Good command in MS office)
