Fast-track Diagnostics - New Customer/Create Account


	Thank you for considering Fast-track Diagnostics products. Our products allow you to test either 24, 48 or 96 samples, provided in aliquots sufficient for 4 samples at a time. This is to satisfy the average small laboratory which may not get a lot of samples each day but which wishes to provide a rapid turnaround without wasting reagents. There are sufficient reagents for the samples and appropriate controls. Once you have chosen the test or tests you wish to order, please fill in the customer order form. As you are a new customer, the order will only be dispatched once we have received your payment via bank to bank transfer (Bank Automated Clearing System - BACS). The order will be dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation of payment. Once you are an existing customer, we will dispatch your order within 2 days of order receipt and payment can follow within 7 days. Once you have ordered, we will give you a password to gain access to the remainder of the site which contains helpful technical hints and a full protocol for each test. We are setting up a technical on-line help service which will be available for existing customers through the password-protected section of the site.
